A degenerated identity link
Description
This is a degenerated form of an "identity link" where the related entities are not clearly related in an ontological sense. Instead, the related entities may be opposites of each other, alternatives, and yet be related in other ways not adequately covered by other relations on the 101wiki.
Illustration
The use of 'relatesTo' is sort of a last resort. Consider, for example, Section:Headline; its metadata section may say that it is related to the Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headline. A stronger relationship (Property:sameAs, Property:similarTo) is not applicable because Section:Headline models 101wiki sections rather than the general notion of headlines.
